Ken Richards, of Vantosh Realty, submitted an application on Oct. 11 to demolish the former car wash at 1602 Bull Street next to Bull Street Taco. The demolition was approved on Nov. 8.
The lot is being recombined with adjacent parcels at 1612, 1610 and 1608 Bull, where Bull Street Taco and other businesses are located.
