Oct. 23, 2023 – Tis the season to be merry and bright, and that’s how one pet rescue aims to celebrate the end of their 20th anniversary year.
Coastal Pet Rescue will be hosting its fourth annual Twinkle Bark Stroll adoption nights under holiday lights the second and third weekends of December, Dec. 8-10 and 15-17 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at it’s shelter, 7430 Thomas Ave, Savannah, Ga.. The program is a walk-through lighted display featuring 30 decorated Christmas trees and another 30 or so light displays, all dog and cat themed. Hot cocoa and marshmallow roasting is also available. Coastal Pet Rescue volunteers will be on site to introduce families to adoptable dogs and cats and talk about volunteer opportunities.
Admission is a $5 minimum donation per person. Dogs with proof of current rabies vaccine are welcome on leash with their families on Sunday nights.
