In July, the city approved a permit to demolish the two-story, non-contributing building owned by Auro Hotel Management at 301 Tattnall Street along Liberty Street. On Dec. 5, LS3P Associates LTD submitted a plan to build a six-story hotel with 110 guest rooms and restaurant on the site. The plan is under review.
