The building at 32 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard was demolished last year as part of a plan to construct a new four-story building with a basement. Applications have been submitted to operate six short-term vacation rentals at the location.
On Sept. 26, the property owner, White Blob LLC, applied to recombine a portion of the lots at the site.
