Ellie Perry music videos

Little Spark, Elli Perry’s latest video in the series “Live From Back Room Record Studios” is out today. The “dark little wailer” can be found on Instagram.  In addition, Perry recently released the official music video for Close Enough to Hurt, the first single from her forthcoming record ‘Ghost Talker”.

Tybee Mural

Local artist Brian MacGregor recently completed a 124-foot wrap-around mural at a new rental event space on Tybee Island.

Nick Palumbo/Senior Citizen Postcard show

In addition to being a Savannah Alderman, Nick Palumbo is an avid collector of vintage postcards of historic Savannah images. Palumbo will be showing off some of his collection on July 16 at Senior Citizens Inc.

Graveface record pressing plant

Savannah’s Graveface Records is now the “proud owner of a vinyl record pressing plant,” according to this Facebook post earlier this month. The plant is expected to allow Graveface to start producing a “ton of” Graceface Records and Terror Vision releases, in addition to offering select artists/labels “incredibly cheap” vinyl pressings, the post states. 

New radio station launches in Savannah

A ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the launch of HOT 2100, a Savannah-based digital radio station, was held on June 14. To listen to “the best music played anywhere on earth”, you can go to www.hot2100savannah.com.
