Nov. 14, 2024 – The City of Savannah will hold its annual budget retreat on Wednesday, Nov. 20 in the ballroom of the Savannah Civic Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Members of the public are welcomed to attend and observe the meeting in person as well as online. The annual budget retreat is an opportunity for City staff to present next year’s budget to the public and answer questions from City Council.

Following the budget retreat, the Mayor and Aldermen will hold public hearings Nov. 26 and Dec. 19 on the 2025 Proposed Budget and Revenue Ordinance.

The budget retreat will be streamed live on the City’s website, Facebook page, YouTube channel, and SGTV Comcast channel 8. The public can submit questions on the proposed budget by email via budgetqa@savannahga.gov.

The public can view the 2025 proposed budget as well as previous budgets online at savannahga.gov/budget or in-person at the following locations:
