March 17, 2025 – On Sunday, March 23, at 4 pm, the Savannah Branch NAACP will hold a General Membership/Mass Meeting celebration of Women’s History Month with a special presentation by locally elected women. The meeting will be held at First Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, located at 310 Alice Street with Rev. Andre J. Osborne, Pastor.

Savannah City Council members Carol Bell, Alicia Miller Blakely, Bernetta B. Lanier, Linda Wilder-Bryan, and Dr. Estella Edwards Shabazz, Chatham County Commission members Malinda Scott Hodge, Tanya Milton, and Marsha Buford, and Savannah/Chatham County Public School System Board members Denise R. Grabowski, Dr. Dionne Hoskins-Brown, Cornelia H. Hall, Stephanie Campbell, and Dr. Tonia Howard-Hall have been invited to address the NAACP membership and the public at-large.
