Aug. 8, 2024 – Tired of the same old sand, a local entrepreneur recently sifted through some of the planet’s best beaches (Tybee’s north end) to take the sandbag business to the next level. The organic and fair-trade sandbags not only stop flood waters, but the hand-crafted sacks also turn into a $30 vegan burger when wet.
“Tastes like the real thing,” said one “influencer” who was paid handsomely for said endorsement.
