Satire by Eric Curl

April 26 – The feral horses of Cumberland Island say they were inspired by distant cousins from the island of Manhattan when they decided to recently file a lawsuit against Georgia and federal officials.

The jackasses were given such a huge platform at 1211 Avenue of the Americas, also known as the News Corp. Building, that the horses were encouraged to make their own voices heard in Atlanta’s US District Court

Although long faced, the Cumberland horses said they were not dismayed by the fact that their more feeble-minded counterparts up north had their cases dismissed and are paying a big price for their false claims, including the recent removal of one of the lamest of the herd.

Just the fact that the many of the jackasses’ wild accusations made it to court was a sign the horses had a chance to litigate their concerns.

“Our complaint is tame in comparison,” one plaintiff said.
