Sept. 24, 2023 – The Metropolitan Planning Commission is once again scheduled to consider Foram Development’s plan to construct a mixed-use apartment complex consisting of two 5-story buildings with about 200 units on the upper floors, retail and restaurant space on the ground level and an underground parking garage, as previously reported.
