Elizabeth Seeger’s application to establish Port City Sewing in a former freight warehouse at 415 West Boundary Street was recently approved. Seeger is the founder and owner of Satchel, a shop and studio at Liberty Street and Bull Street that sells handmade and custom leather handbags and wallets. Built in 1920, the former Central of Georgia Railroad complex on West Boundary more recently housed The Creative Coast and the Savannah College of Art & Design’s Boundary Hall.
