The Pooler City Council is meeting Monday

The agenda includes an alcohol license application for the planned Dave & Buster’s at the Tanger Outlets. The council will also hold a public hearing for a planned hardware store on US 80. In addition some development regulation changes and water meter fee increases are up for consideration. (The full agenda packet is now available.)

The Savannah Airport Commission is meeting Wednesday

The agenda is now available to view.

The Chatham County assessors board is meeting Thursday

The agenda includes consideration of valuation freezes for rehabilitated historic properties under a state incentive program. The properties include a 5-story duplex at 311 W. York St., which was constructed in 1822. In addition, a freeze is proposed for 623-625 Montgomery St., a historic 2-story duplex built in 1912. Staff is recommending approval of the freezes.
