The city council will consider a special use permit for 222 West Duffy St., where a restaurant is being planned in the recently renovated historic building, as previously reported. The full agenda is now available to view.

The Tybee Island City Council is meeting Thursday

The Tybee Island City Council will consider a reimbursement resolution needed to move forward with addressing failing water and sewer lines as soon as possible. The reimbursement resolution will allow staff to move forward with projects prior to receiving bond proceeds to cover the expected $7.5 million cost of the projects.
