June 6, 2026 – The Savannah College of Art and Design isn’t commenting on a recent WTOC report that the university may be misclassifying student workers as contractors. The university has decided to cancel the news station’s broadcasting license, however, for “budgetary reasons.” Local news just isn’t bringing in the audience it once did, according to a spokesperson. The new broadcast will reportedly be managed by Bari Weiss and Comics Unleashed is rumored to be a strong replacement candidate.
